Who we are
City Lights Church Scranton is a non-denominational church located in North Scranton. We are followers of Christ. We may have different ages and backgrounds but we are united as sons and daughters of a loving God.
How we got started
City Lights Church was started in 2009 when a group of friends felt the Lord call them to bring hope to the city of Scranton. After being sent by their local churches, they planted City Lights Church in 2010. Our first service was in October of 2010 in a storefront in downtown Scranton. In 2012 we outgrew that space and moved to our current location in North Scranton.
Where we're headed
City Lights Church is always moving towards making Scranton look like Heaven. We want the people of Scranton to encounter the love of Jesus. We do this by creating a community of people that love to worship, love each other, and love Jesus.
