We exist to bring hope to the City of Scranton by demonstrating the love of Jesus.

We are a non-denominational church located in North Scranton. We are followers of Christ. We may have different ages and backgrounds but we are united as sons and daughters of a loving God.

City Lights Church was started in 2009 when a group of friends felt the Lord call them to bring hope to the city of Scranton. After being sent by their local churches, they planted City Lights Church in 2010. Our first service was in October of 2010 in a storefront in downtown Scranton. In 2012 we outgrew that space and moved to our current location in North Scranton.

City Lights Church is always moving towards making Scranton look like Heaven. We want the people of Scranton to encounter the love of Jesus. We do this by creating a community of people that love worship, each other, and Jesus.

What does this mean for you? Most importantly, you're always welcome at City Lights Church. We're saving a seat for you. Wherever you're at in your faith journey, you'll always be accepted as part of the CLC family.
